WHO I AM
I've started over more times than most people think is "normal."
Different countries, relationships, careers, and businesses.
The UK to Australia. Australia to America.
Serial dater to wife. Party girl to mother.
Corporate marketing leader to entrepreneur.
Luxury concierge owner to somatic coach.
Golden handcuffs to freedom seeker.
Each one of these required letting a version of me die. But I never start over recklessly.
I start over when the discomfort of comfort becomes louder than fear.
And helping women recognize and embrace that moment in their own lives is the work I do now.
THE PATTERN
For years, I built the life I thought I was supposed to want.
I built everything "right". The career, the partnership, and the family. I had all the pieces of a well-lived life, but I was always on the verge of burning out. Not only was work demanding of my time and energy, but being misaligned with my purpose and gifts was wearing me down. This impacted how I showed up for my husband, children, and myself. Deep down, there was this quiet knowing. This gentle, persistent voice that whispered that there had to be more.
I don't mean more corporate success or more external validation. I'm talking about more of me. The parts I'd set aside to fit into the different roles expected of me. The longings I'd learned to ignore as I put my needs last. The woman I could feel impatiently waiting beneath the surface.
I was grateful for my life, but I just wasn't lit up by it anymore.

I chose myself again."
THE TURN IN
Instead of burning it all down,
I turned inward first.
I stopped performing and started feeling. I reconnected with my body through somatic work and took the time and space to remember what I wanted before everyone needed me to be something else.
I changed my entire relationship with drinking and numbing out. I learned to hold myself through the discomfort instead of running from it. I surrounded myself with women living the kind of life I wanted. I did a year-long coaching certification in somatic and tantric practices.
I started honoring my boundaries and saying "no" more. I began listening to the woman I'd abandoned.
The woman who knew, deep down, that she was coded for more.
THE TURN ON
From that place, everything shifted.
Everything I'd been quietly dreaming about became real.
This is what my embodied manifestation actually looks like: A luxury concierge business that sometimes makes six figures in a single month. Working with celebrities and gaining access to the world's most exclusive events. Getting paid to travel in business and first class around the world.
Financial freedom, I built myself. I take solo trips when I need them, attend luxury women's retreats, and go on couples' adventures. I've built a life of freedom and flexibility, where I can carve out the space I need within a full life. I've turned my passions into abundant income, all while showing my daughter what it means to choose yourself without apology.
But it's also the smaller things like starting my day by working out, followed by a sauna, having the energy to make healthy food choices, picking up my kids from school, unrushed and guilt-free, a mid-week manicure or massage (sometimes both), eight hours of sleep every night, and no "Sunday Scaries." Because when your life is aligned with who you really are, the biggest difference isn’t always what it looks like on the outside. It’s how it feels in the quiet moments that make up your everyday life.
I held the vision and took aligned action instead of waiting for permission, and the life I could feel but couldn't yet touch became mine. A life full of magic and endless possibilities as my most magnetic self.
I've learned how to hold a 5D vision while living in 3D reality.
I've built exit strategies while honoring my responsibilities.
I've chosen myself, and everything else eventually fell into place.

Because I know what it is to feel trapped with very real responsibilities.
I know what it is to dream of more, even as everyone says you should be "realistic".
I know what it is to settle because disruption felt too scary.
I know what it feels like to have very real responsibilities while craving more freedom.
I know the depletion of pouring into everyone else while running on empty.
I know the loneliness of outgrowing your life while it still looks perfect.
And I know the other side.
Where you're magnetic, fully alive, and turned on by your own life.
Where the right opportunities find you because you're no longer performing.
Where money flows because you're in your power.
Where you can love your family AND choose yourself.
Where starting over isn't failure... it's freedom.

This is an embodied transformation for women who refuse to settle.
