IT'S NOT ABOUT STARTING OVER
It's about coming back to what's true.
You can love your life and still feel like something isn't quite right. From the outside, everything might make sense. You’ve built a successful career, created stability, made thoughtful decisions, and become someone people rely on.
THE TRUTH YOU DON'T SAY OUTLOUD
In many cases, you’re also holding a lot beyond that. Your relationship, your children, your home, the mental and emotional weight of keeping everything running. You’ve done what you were supposed to do, and you’ve done it well.
And yet there’s a feeling that’s hard to ignore once you notice it. An underlying, persistent sense that you don’t feel the way you thought you would by now. That something in your life no longer quite fits, even if you can’t fully explain why.
WHAT I DO
I help women recognize that moment for what it is and respond to it honestly.
This isn't about blowing up your life or forcing change. It's about learning how to stop overriding what you already know, reconnect to yourself, and begin making decisions from a place that actually feels true.
"Your body usually knows long before your mind is ready to admit it."
That is where the work begins, by turning inward long enough to hear the signal, then letting that truth become the start of a different kind of life
WHERE THIS LEADS
That shift doesn’t just change how you feel internally. It changes what becomes possible externally.
When you stop overriding yourself, your life starts to expand in ways that are tangible. The way you work, how you spend your time, what you create, what you allow yourself to want, how you show up in relationships, and what you expect in return.
That shift is also how Porter & Pearl was born, my private luxury concierge company serving ultra-high-net-worth clients around the world. What began alongside a corporate career I'd spent nearly two decades building became something I stepped into fully and intentionally. The business that lit me up while I was still overriding myself became the one I built my life around. I mention this because it matters: I'm not just someone who coaches women through wanting more. I've built it, and I know what it takes to get there.
