The This Is It Method™
How to move from asking
"Is this it?" to feeling "This is it."
Most women don't come to me because they know exactly what they want. They come because something feels off, and they can't explain why.
From the outside, their lives often look exactly as they hoped they would. They've built successful careers, meaningful relationships, and lives they genuinely care about. Yet somewhere along the way, they've stopped feeling like themselves.
The This Is It Method™ is the process I've developed to help women understand what's really going on beneath that feeling, rebuild the self-trust that's often been eroded by years of putting everyone else's needs ahead of their own, and create a life that reflects the woman they've become.
It isn't about blowing your life up. It's about creating enough clarity that you can make the decisions that are right for you and trust yourself to follow through on them.
Step 01
CREATE CLARITY
We begin by slowing everything down.
When you've spent years moving from one responsibility to the next, it's easy to lose sight of your own thoughts beneath everyone else's expectations. Before we make any decisions, we create the space to understand what you're really feeling, what you've been overriding, and why the life that once fit you no longer fits in the same way.
Because clarity changes everything.
Step 02
REBUILD SELF-TRUST
Many of the women I work with don't have a decision problem. They have a self-trust problem.
Years of putting everyone else's needs ahead of your own slowly teaches you to question yourself. You stop listening to your instincts, second-guess your decisions, and begin looking outside yourself for answers you already carry within you.
Together, we rebuild that relationship so you can trust yourself again.
STEP 03
Make Aligned Decisions
Once you have clarity and self-trust, the decisions that once felt impossible begin to feel different.
You stop making choices from guilt, obligation or everyone else's expectations, and begin making decisions that reflect who you are today and the life you genuinely want to create.
For some women that means changing careers. For others it's transforming a relationship, starting a business, moving across the world, or finally giving themselves permission to stop living by default. There isn't one version of an aligned life. There is only yours.
STEP 04
Keep Choosing Yourself
This is the part most women underestimate.
Knowing what needs to change is one thing. Living through the conversations, transitions, self-doubt, setbacks, and uncertainty that follow is another.
My role is to hold you steady while your life catches up with what you now know to be true. I'll help you have the honest conversations, stay connected to your vision when it feels easier to retreat, and keep taking aligned action when self-doubt or old patterns tempt you to abandon yourself again.
Because "This is it" isn't created in one breakthrough moment. It's built through the decisions you keep choosing, again and again, until your life finally reflects the woman you've become.
Why I created this method.
The This Is It Method™ is the framework I developed through my own journey from asking, "Is this it?" to finally feeling, "This is it."
I know how overwhelming it feels when you know something has to change but can't yet see what that change looks like. I also know how much easier that journey becomes when you have someone beside you who can help you hear yourself clearly, trust what you know, and keep moving forward when things get hard.
I created this because it's the support I wish I'd had when I was navigating some of the biggest decisions of my own life. Today, it's the same framework I use to help other women create clarity, rebuild self-trust, make aligned decisions, and build lives that feel deeply aligned, fully lived, and unmistakably their own.
